The AVI LTE 9115 is AVI’s next generation Router providing multiple Ethernet connectivity with enhanced 4G-LTE, WAN uplink and Wi-Fi access and was designed specifically to meet the needs of autonomous mining systems using both LTE and Wi-Fi.
The AVI LTE 9115 Wi-Fi Ethernet Router delivers local area network routing via 5 x Ethernet ports, and 4G-LTE CAT 4, 6 or 11 providing download speeds of up to 600 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 75 Mbps. In the event of loss of 4G-LTE, the AVI LTE 9115 supports fallback to 3G, or routing to Wi-Fi to maintain WAN connectivity.
Built-in GPS as standard, provides embedded vehicle or asset tracking via AVI CCMS, Google Earth or web based solutions. Coupled with the on-board accelerometer, temperature sensor and data logging, this device assists in tracking of machinery condition and occupational health and safety monitoring.
The rugged AVI chassis, complemented by high performance components, provides reliable yet scalable data, voice, and video communications to stationary and mobile network nodes across wireless links.
For mission-critical mobile communications, the AVI LTE 9115 can be deployed to take advantage of public or private 4G-LTE networks, with fallback to Wi-Fi for redundancy.
The AVI LTE 9115 is protected using robust security features, ensuring critical traffic assurance and network integrity when subjected to malicious attacks. Security features integral to the AVI Operating System (AVIOS) include: Type Of Service aware firewalls for physical and logical interfaces, MAC lists and address filtering, IPsec, VPN, GRE and more.
Industrial IP67 connectors for power, data and RF, ensure reliable physical connections that resist vibration and provide ingress protection. Wide range DC power input for connection to 12 and 24 VDC vehicle systems, or batteries ranging from 10-48 VDC. AC mains power provided via AVI AC-DC power supply.
Using high-grade components, the AVI rugged chassis design provides an extended operating temperature range, the AVI LTE 9115 delivers uncompromised reliability of 4G-LTE and Wi-Fi router technology in harsh mining and military environments.
